Services

Two services. One standard.

Everything is delivered directly by a board-certified psychiatrist via telehealth, with structured measurement at every step.

Treatment optimization

For children and adolescents who already have an ADHD diagnosis.

The core service: the full baseline–titrate–verify–maintain cycle applied to your child's existing treatment. Typical reasons families come to us:

  • The medication "works" but nobody has ever defined or measured what that means
  • Side effects — appetite, sleep, mood in the evening, tics — that have been tolerated instead of managed
  • Coverage gaps: good mornings, lost afternoons, unraveling homework hours
  • A dose unchanged for years while the child has grown and school demands have doubled
  • A family exhausted by monthly visits that accomplish nothing

Assessment confirmation

A structured second opinion on the diagnosis itself.

If your child's original evaluation was a brief visit and a single rating scale — or if you simply want the diagnosis pressure-tested before committing to years of medication — we conduct a confirmation evaluation: full clinical interview, developmental and school history, validated scales from multiple settings, screening for the conditions that mimic or travel with ADHD (sleep disorders, anxiety, learning disorders), and where useful, FDA-cleared objective testing. You receive a physician-signed report that any pediatrician or school will take seriously — whether it confirms the diagnosis, complicates it, or questions it.

What we deliberately don't offer: quick-turnaround diagnosis-and-prescription in a single visit. That model is the problem this practice exists to correct.

Fees

MedsWork is a self-pay practice; we do not bill insurance, and we provide documentation you may submit for out-of-network reimbursement. We share the current fee schedule on request — request a consult and we'll send it before you commit to anything.
