Where we practice

Telehealth psychiatry is regulated state by state. We practice only where Dr. Ratush is licensed and where the visit structure meets the rules for prescribing controlled medications to minors.

At launch

  • New York
  • New Jersey

How telehealth prescribing works here

Stimulant medications are Schedule II controlled substances, which means federal and state rules govern how they can be prescribed via telehealth. In plain terms: your child must be evaluated in a real clinical encounter (video visits qualify under current federal telehealth flexibilities), prescriptions are sent electronically to your pharmacy, and monitoring obligations are real — we check state prescription databases as required and coordinate with any other prescribers. If federal telehealth rules change, we will tell you plainly what it means for your child's care, before it affects you.

Expansion

Additional states are planned. If you're outside New York or New Jersey, tell us where you are — expansion priorities follow demand.
